MY BOX 246 is the new kid on the block but this service is not run by new kids (combined we have 50 years of logistics experience under our belt) we are very passionate about the service we provide as you will see from our engaging flyers. Our clients can expect a higher level of customer service engagement from our associates, responses and satisfaction with every shipment than what you presently receive. Starting with signing up to join our service, we know some of our competitors charge monthly signup fees but not us we want you to keep the extra dollars in your pocket to buy more denim jeans/ballerina flats from www.fashionova.com or www.prettylittlethings.com, there are no sign-up fees at MY BOX 246. Upon sharing your details with us you will receive a welcome email to get you started on your journey. It is expected you will tell others about this service and where to find us.

Our Mission is to provide a personalized courier service from USA to Barbados which is easy to use, fast, affordable, flexible and client friendly.

After you make your purchases, send us your invoices immediately because on arrival to the USA warehouse they will be quickly screened, opened, checked for damages before being sealed and tagged with a warehouse receipt number. Once this process is completed, you will receive an email alert notice confirming your package(s) have arrived to our warehouse. If you receive an alert from your service provider regarding a delivery you will also receive your warehouse receipt notice email usually in 24hrs. Don’t panic if you don’t receive your email right away, as this ultimately depends on the speed of the delivery company to the warehouse when your package(s) will arrive as some delivery companies use vast fulfilment centers which can take three (3) working days to complete deliveries. Our warehouse is part of a large supply chain company and most days our USA team processes over 2000 parcels daily so it takes a huge effort to get it done but our USA team are the best at what they do.

MY BOX 246 clients will receive not one but two free photos with every package received. Additional photos are available upon request at a fee of USD$2.00 per photo.

HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS

1. Register here for your free MY BOX 246 account.

2. Upon receipt of your account details in our welcome email, update your shipping address with all your favourite online stores/merchants/vendors or maybe you are regularly receiving a care parcel from family living in the USA. 

3. When you make your purchase etc email the supplier invoice to customs@360logisticsbb.com and info@360logisticsbb.com

4. Once your supplier invoice is received to us three (3) days prior to the shipment date on Tuesday/Friday they will qualify for automatic shipment. This action is considered a Pre-Alert.

5. If you do not Pre-Alert your shipment kindly note our cargo cut-off times listed below. Before the cut off time expires, send us an email with the subject your “Warehouse Receipt No – Invoice” so our team can identify which package the invoice relates too.

6. Upon receipt of your package to the USA Warehouse, it will be processed and once completed you will receive an email confirming your cargo has been received by our shipping partner.

7. The warehouse notice email is important, click on the first link, it will show the tracking number and details of the item received in your name. Also in this notice you will receive your cargo photos (click on the paperclips and review them carefully). Additional photos are available upon request but additional fees apply. Do not be confused with the second link, this is for another feature which is not yet ready for deployment.

8. Upon receipt of your package(s) to Barbados our team will work quickly to process your cargo releases. If there are any delays howsoever caused we will notify you immediately as we know how important your packages are to you as your satisfaction is also equally important to us.

9. Once your cargo release is completed, we will send you a cargo arrival notice email to confirm the total due for all applicable fees and await payment to arrange delivery.

Rates

Our Courier Service Rates are in USD$ per pound (lb) 1 – 80lbs are calculated on the actual weight, *81+ lbs are calculated on the chargeable weight (volume) whichever is greater as follows.

1 – 40lbs – USD$4.00 per lb
41-80lbs – USD$3.00 per lb
81-120lbs-USD$2.50 per lb*
121+lbs – USD$1.80 per lb*

Additional fees apply per pkg:
Warehouse Fee – USD$2.50

NB: There is zero additional fuel surcharge fee on Courier Goods to be paid by clients of MY BOX 246.

COURIER/AIR GENERAL – 12PM (MON+THURS)

OCEAN CARGO – FRIDAY 4PM (for dispatch the following week)
